Mental health - A fight against the negativity
This topic is very sensitive and fragile to discuss as one needs to have the stone heart to listen to a person as well as give solutions. But in many cases people do not prefer not to open up and talk about those things which bothering them from a very long time. It’s ok not to be okay with everything but one should not put on too much mental pressure or be always sad about things in life.
One can always ask for help and seek help from their family and friends. Never restrict yourself from not seeking for help when it’s required the most. If the solutions you get from them isn’t satisfactory go for a medical help but never take any steps that might leave a long term effect on others.
Before moving ahead it’s important to understand that psychological state is often affected ; thanks to depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, and lots of more. It's acceptable to face one or more of those during a lifetime but what's not acceptable is that you simply not be talking about it or discussing such situations together with your close ones which ultimately leads you to choose the incorrect path.
The point here is that if we aren't going to mention how are we getting affect by it, its a hard nut to crack. But if one chooses to mention about what they are going through maybe stress or depression or anything related it becomes easier to help them if asked for assistance or support throughout. Providing with the strength to fight back and win things comes from the initial step of speaking about your mental health which can make things less complicated than the seem to be.
Mental health is as important as your physical health. But many people assume that mental health is not significant but just an excuse that people prefer to give to seek attention, which isn't true. Mental health plays a very vital role in each individuals life's. It's not a joke. Every year 10th of October is recognized as "World Mental Health Day" and the slogan for the year was " Mental Health for All: Greater Investment – Greater Access".
The year 2020 has impacted on many of our health, might be physically or psychologically, yet we faced the year as brave as before. Self care and attention can help one sort out issues without any help from others, but if they are serious or those which you can't find answers it isn't wrong to ask others.
Suicide or any hasty decisions aren't an option, there's always an alternative solutions to life. When depression can often be solved by discussing or by medical help, other relevant issues can also be solved. One isn't alone, everyone has their battles and everybody is facing stress or any related situation to psychological state.
It’s time we'd like to start out talking and seek solutions. To all or any the one out there, I would like you to concentrate one those; if at least you're facing any issues just reach out for some help and assistance available it might be any of your friends or family.
It's time that we all stay strong and reach out for any sort of assistance if required. Just talk, express your feelings out with anyone whom you trust, fight against them, don't give up on anything.
